Cambashi has a unique business model. We are a hybrid between a management and marketing consultancy, an industry analyst firm, and a market research company.  We leverage sound methodologies, current industry and IT knowledge, plus a wide range of data to illuminate possibilities and guide client decisions.

We specialise in providing independent analysis of the application of IT in manufacturing and engineering industries.  We undertake a wide variety of projects for most of the major software and hardware vendors supplying IT solutions to industry.  These projects cover all aspects of marketing, from strategy and market entry studies through pricing and competitive analysis to the production of White Papers and Case Studies.  Additionally, we have an established Training Practice to manage the development and delivery of our training products and services.  

We also produce Cambashi's Market Observatories.  This set of resources enables clients to assess market size, growth, movement and potential.  Specifically aimed at the technology market, these tools can be used alone or in combination to support business planning at local, regional and global levels.

To support these activities, we are always seeking exceptional staff to join our team in the following capacities.

Analysts/Consultants should be pursuing a career in marketing or market research and must have:

• A graduate qualification or University Degree
• Experience as a business or applications specialist with a CAD, ERP or manufacturing software supplier or user
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities

Senior Analysts/Consultants must have all that analysts/consultants have plus:

• A broad knowledge of all aspects of a manufacturing business
  
• Managerial or marketing experience with a CAD, ERP or manufacturing software supplier, or a large manufacturing IT user
• An understanding of the challenges faced by IT suppliers selling into manufacturing companies
• Successful project completion experience

Principal Analysts/Consultants will have all that senior analysts/consultants have plus the ability to:

• Cultivate client relationships and sell Cambashi services, including yourself
• Manage projects of multiple types and sizes
• Present Cambashi research at industry events
• Analyze and describe the business impacts of the use of IT on value-adding businesses

• A willingness to develop client accounts and travel internationally to represent Cambashi and manage accounts
