Cambashi to Participate in Supply Chain World Session

Cambashi Principal Analyst Julie Fraser engaged for Thought Leaders Panel Exchange

5/19/2011

Boston, Massachusetts, USA, May 19, 2011 - Cambashi Principal Analyst Julie Fraser will participate in The Pundits and Influencers Panel session at Supply Chain World North America.   The guiding questions for the Panel Exchange include:

•    What are the proactive outsourcing strategies for the next two years?
•    What are the best means for identifying and mitigating growing supply chain risks?
•    What is the next step for S&OP?
•    What strategies can we use to align global supply chain operations in the new normal?
•    What are the talent and information technology skills required in the

      post-recessionary supply chain environment?

Cambashi's Fraser says, "I'm excited to share what we've learned about supply chain strategies and how concepts are moving beyond traditional definitions.  Not only are processes and technologies moving beyond sequential and internal to more concurrent and business network encompassing formats, cross-disciplinary views of how we define the value we are delivering to customers are increasingly critical also.  The Supply Chain Council with its SCOR, DCOR, and CCOR models is addressing these issues, and I'm honored to be part of the conference this year."

Supply Chain World North America, with the theme Building Supply Chain Capabilities, will help provide practical approaches to enable organizations to achieve future success through improved supply chain management. The conference will be held in Baltimore, Maryland, USA May 24-26.  Key presentation points will focus on outsourcing, trade-offs, end-to-end supply chain design, constraint management, risk mitigation, and agility.

Fraser is also representing Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association (MESA) International at Supply Chain World.  A mutual agreement will provide The Supply Chain Council a tabletop presence at the MESA North American Conference in Orlando Florida, September 19-21, 2011.
